And, folks, Jamie Funk ain’t kidding around.

For those of you who are (unfortunately) unfamiliar with the band, Autopilot is an alternative indie rock band from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with a penchant for spacey 90s atmospheric sounds mixed with doom-themed alternative rock. The mosaic tilings of their sound makes for undeniably catchy hooks and a sort of polished gruffness (sounds contradictory, I know, but it’s real) that’ll leave you bopping and swaying along for days.

Additionally, Autopilot has embarked on a national tour of the United States that kicked off on October 18th in Richmond, VA and runs through November 22nd in Spokane, WA. Tonight they’ll be playing at Your Mom’s Place in Oklahoma City, OK. (No, we ain’t dissing your mom- it’s a dive bar. Sheesh). View the tour flyer with the complete list of dates below!

The band is continuing to build off the success of their previous albums Desert Dreams and Diamond Rough which charted on Earshot and CMJ stations, received play on Sirius XM, CBC, and commercial rock radio; were featured inseveral popular podcasts, picked up for licensing on major US television networks, and received a great deal of coverage from print and online media across North America.

Their 2016 fall release, Hurricane / Crooked Lines, is the first two tracks from an upcoming full-length album to be released in 2017.  These new songs highlight Autopilot’s creative songwriting skills and include spacey tones and unique touches such as a bow used on the guitar, as well as dynamic drum beats and solid bass lines to keep the listener captivated.
